The Jeep® Avenger 4xe Production Launch at Tychy Plant

Following on from my introduction of the Avenger 4xe on March 26th, the herartbeat at the manufacturng facility is now picking up.

The Stellantis vehicle plant in Tychy has officially kicked off production of the Jeep® Avenger 4xe, introducing an exciting chapter in the brand’s legacy. The inaugural vehicle produced is the exclusive North Face Edition, renowned for its association with exploration and adventure, and limited to 4,806 units—a nod to the height of Mont Blanc, Europe’s tallest peak.

With the addition of the Jeep Avenger to its lineup in January 2023, the Tychy facility has set its sights on redefining the B-SUV segment. This all-wheel-drive model combines Jeep’s celebrated design with environmentally friendly technology, appealing to active consumers who seek both compact versatility and high-performance features.

The Tychy plant, the sole global manufacturer of the Avenger, has undergone significant modernization to support the production of low- and zero-emission vehicles. This enhancement positions the facility to produce cutting-edge powertrains that meet the evolving needs of today’s drivers. With an ambition that includes providing multiple powertrain options, the Avenger line is poised to deliver versatility while maintaining high standards of quality.

Janusz Puzoń, the plant director, shared his enthusiasm: “The launch of Jeep Avenger production by the Tychy team… marked a new chapter for the Tychy facility. With over 160,000 pre-orders since its launch, the excitement surrounding the Avenger 4xe is palpable.
